The safety of our guests and employees is important to us

We have implemented the relevant safety measures in the hotel and restaurant/bar in order to help ensure that your stay in Switzerland is a pleasant one.

COVID certificates (from 19.12.2021

Following the Swiss government’s decision on 17 December, from Monday, 19 December 2021 new measures have come into effect to contain the spread of the coronavirus. The Swiss Federal Council is extending the requirement for COVID certificates to cover the following hotel services:

• Indoor restaurant and bar operations “2G” rule (requirement to be vaccinated or have recovered)
• Indoor events (private functions such as weddings, seminars, etc.).

Apart from the areas mentioned above, we do not require a COVID certificate if you are simply staying overnight in the hotel.
Individuals who do not have a COVID certificate can have provisions delivered to them in their room or on the terrace.
A COVID certificate is not required to access the terrace or outdoor areas. The requirement to wear a mask in public indoor areas of the hotel has not changed with the introduction of the new measures.

Our measures::

• If you are a hotel guest, our receptionists will check your COVID certificate during check-in. If you are a non-hotel guest, our waiting staff will check it in the restaurant.
• Hand sanitiser is available in various places around the hotel and restaurant.
• We maintain a distance of 1.5 metres from our guests and one another.
• Guests and employees must wear a face mask in all indoor public places.
• Tables are arranged at least 1.5 m away from one another and are disinfected after every use.
• Face masks can be acquired at reception.
• We regularly disinfect touchpoints such as lift buttons, door handles, etc.
• We regularly ventilate all the rooms.

Our breakfast is usually served as a buffet. We maintain the hygiene and safety standards of HotellerieSuisse. Switzerland Tourism supports the campaign “Clean & Safe”, which labels businesses that implement and maintain relevant hygiene and safety measures.
